The NCRPSTC was formed on August 7, 2001, as a Joint Powers Authority (JPA), to provide regional training for public safety agencies in Northern California.  We provide mandatory pre-service and in-service training for law enforcement and fire service personnel. 

Our 40-acre campus is located at McClellan Business Park, Sacramento California.  The amenities include a small arms firing range and shooting facility (a new long range shooting facility is currently under construction).

A Tactical Village training facility,(Tactical Village Brochure). A K-9 training facility, a 5000 square foot gymnasium, a large mat room, and an all weather quarter mile rubberized track. A number of classrooms are also available, all of which can be rented for your agencies specific needs.
